Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Chief of Staff to our producer group and manage a book of business with hard focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the Gallagher Insurance Point brand ambassador and promote externally within the C-Suite and HR teams
  • Drive the overall client experience and ensure world-class customer service is being delivered in all client interactions
  • Build productive relationships with all levels of leadership and teams throughout the organization for full collaboration to achieve client and Gallagher objectives.
  • Accountability to and innovation for execution of best practice client experience and change management
  • Drive the tactical components and create and facilitate team discussions for knowledge and information sharing; as well as, providing input and driving process and team-related work obstacles.
  • Partner effectively both internally and externally to achieve client expectations.
  • Establish, analyze and report client experience performance metrics both internally and externally.
  • Provide timely feedback to the management team on customer trends, issues and needs.
  • Listen for and identify new areas of business growth .
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required. License required.

Required to have high level broker or carrier service background, healthcare focus a plus.

Professional certification: Life & Health License / CEBS. Excellent consulting capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Behaviors: Position requires excellent communication skills.
